Finance + Resource Committee

The Finance & Resource Committee includes at least two Board members, the District’s Chief of Finance + Operations, and the Director of Finance. The committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month to review the District’s monthly financial health. A monthly financial report from the CFO and Director of Finance is provided to the Finance Committee, and eventually the entire Board at the second Board meeting of the month. Other long-range financial matters—such as the development of the ensuing year’s budget, five-year budget forecast, and enrollment projections—are discussed by the Finance Committee.
