Why ACP?
Because our world is changing at a constantly rapid pace, we have created a system that prepares students to compete and thrive in our global society. To be future ready means students will:
Articulate how their talents and interests connect to a variety of future opportunities.
Prepare a personal plan for goal attainment, and refine when needed based on individual experiences.
Effectively be able to navigate both the world of post-secondary education and employment to successfully transition to adulthood.
Possess confidence and demonstrate proficiency mastery of the knowledge, skills, and dispositions based on their goals.
