Bid Information
Bidding Process Requests for bids are sent via U.S. mail or fax to those vendors appearing on the district vendor list for the particular commodity.

Rejection of Bids
The Wauwatosa School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids where deemed appropriate.

Determination of Award
The Wauwatosa School District will be solely responsible for final determination in awarding the contract for any and all purchases as a result of the bidding process.

Award of Contract
The Wauwatosa School Board is responsible, in accordance with their procedures, to award the contract to the successful bidder, issue necessary purchase orders, to receive and inspect goods, verify invoices and make payments.

Funding
All purchases are contingent upon funds being appropriated by the proper officials of the Wauwatosa School District.
